RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are super rare but our processes and team are dedicated to ensuring everyone has a positive experience with Mouse Mat Co.
Returns
- All customers have the right to return a none-customised product to us within 14 days of the item arriving, no questions asked.
- If you receive a faulty product, we will either provide you with a replacement immediately or a full refund.
- We will not cover the cost of returning goods unless you receive a faulty item.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of your item arriving back to our warehouse.
- We cannot offer exchanges so if you'd like to change your item you'll need to return it and then re-order.

Returns Information
We'd hate to think any of our customers need to return something they've purchased but just in case, we've got processes in place to protect shoppers who buy from us.
All customers have the right to return a product they purchase within 14 days of the item arriving, no questions asked.
- The product must be in pristine condition.
- It must be returned in it's original packaging.
- We are not liable for the return costs (unless the item is faulty).
This is extremely rare but if you do receive a faulty item we won't rest until it's resolved. Let our team know right away and we can provide a replacement or a refund.
Within 3-5 working days we will inspect your return, ensure the condition is in-line with our return policies and then proceed to process your full refund.
We cannot offer exchanges – You will need to return your item and make a new order.
